I’m Nazli.
I believe the key to a peaceful, fullied life is balance. When we lose balance in life it affects who we are and how we experience life.
I’ve started this journey to be a more peaceful and healthy person, physically and mentally. My path led me to share my experience and what I learned on the way with my clients.

Sessions
I believe that everyone is unique; so my sessions are designed specifically for you. I provide a confidential, private time-out to step back and reflect on what’s working in your life, what’s not, and why. My coaching facilitates transformation toward clarity, confidence, and a renewed, self-aware outlook for your daily journey.
I use the power of Holistic Coaching, NLP, Mindfulness(MBSR) and EFT in my sessions alongside other techniques that you can learn and use in your day-to-day life. At the end of our journey, you will feel; centred, strong and balanced.
I don't offer face-to-face sessions at the moment.

Life Coaching
Life Coaching is an ongoing relationship, between coach and client, focusing the client on taking action. It is a process that helps clients get unstuck and move plans forward to improve their life and work. Life coaches move you in the right direction simply by asking the right and powerful questions, challenging you and trusting you.
NLP
NLP- Neuro-linguistic Programming is an approach to communication and personal development that focuses on how individuals organise their thinking, feelings and language. It has been used to assess and treat a variety of clinical symptoms, including depression, anxiety and stress. Neuro-Linguistic Programming often incorporates hypnosis and self-hypnosis to help achieve the change that is wanted.
EFT
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, also referred to as ‘Tapping’ or ‘Psychological Acupressure’. EFT tapping is a combination of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology, now known as energy psychology. EFT is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s been an authorized treatment for war veterans with PTSD, and it’s demonstrated benefits as a treatment for anxiety, depression, physical pain, and insomnia.
MBSR
MBSR- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is a mindfulness-based program designed to help alleviate stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain. It combines meditation techniques with cognitive behavioural skills and mindful movement and is taught in a way that is practical and relevant for everyday living. MBSR uses the ancient tradition of mindfulness in an accessible format helping participants conquer their difficulties and challenges when suffering from a wide variety of physical and psychological difficulties.
