  • What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is an ongoing relationship, between coach and client, focusing the client on taking action. It is a process that helps clients get unstuck and move plans forward to improve their lives and work. Life coaches move you in the right direction simply by asking the right and powerful questions, challenging you and trusting you.

  • What is NLP?

NLP- Neuro-linguistic Programming is an approach to communication and personal development that focuses on how individuals organise their thinking, feelings and language. It has been used to assess and treat a variety of clinical symptoms, including depression, anxiety and stress. Neuro-linguistic programming often incorporates hypnosis and self-hypnosis to help achieve the change that is wanted.

  • What is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, also referred to as ‘Tapping’ or ‘Psychological Acupressure’. EFT tapping is a combination of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology, now known as energy psychology. EFT is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s been an authorized treatment for war veterans with PTSD, and it’s demonstrated benefits as a treatment for anxiety, depression, physical pain, and insomnia.

  • What is MBSR?

MBSR- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is a mindfulness-based program designed to help alleviate stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain. It combines meditation techniques with cognitive behavioural skills and mindful movement and is taught in a way that is practical and relevant for everyday living. MBSR uses the ancient tradition of mindfulness in an accessible format helping participants conquer their difficulties and challenges when suffering from a wide variety of physical and psychological difficulties.

  • How long does a session last?

A life coaching session will typically last between 45 minutes to an hour.

  • Where will the sessions take place?
